What we build: - Motor control centres (MCC) — multi-section assemblies controlling banks of motors, with the segregation and access your maintenance team needs. - PLC and automation panels — control cabinets housing PLCs, I/O, relays and field wiring, built around your control philosophy. - VSD and soft-starter panels — variable-speed drive and soft-starter assemblies, designed with the thermal management and harmonic considerations these require. - Custom control and instrumentation panels — bespoke enclosures for monitoring, switching and process control. Every panel is made to order from your drawings and functional specification — or developed with our engineers if you're starting from a concept. Integration and capabilities: We build to suit the platforms and standards you already run: - PLC and HMI integration for the major automation brands, with provisions for SCADA connectivity. - Instrumentation and field wiring terminated, labelled and documented to make commissioning straightforward. - Drive and starter integration including VSDs and soft starters, with appropriate cooling, filtering and protection. - Enclosure selection — floor-standing, wall-mounted or weatherproof, with IP ratings matched to the environment.
